1. Introduction

Welcome to ATLASTEC Oil Field Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ATLASTEC provides specialized technical services in the oil and gas sector, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), OCTG Inspection, Lifting Inspection, Tank Cleaning, and QHSE Management services.

2. Our Services

ATLASTEC offers various inspection, cleaning, and QHSE services for the oil and gas industry. Our services are provided in accordance with international standards and regulations, including but not limited to API, ASME, ISO, and ASNT standards.

All services are subject to availability and may require prior assessment and quotation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about the work requirements
• Ensuring safe access to work locations and equipment
• Complying with all applicable safety regulations and procedures
• Providing necessary permits and authorizations for work execution
• Timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Any proprietary information shared with us will be protected and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Liability

ATLASTEC carries appropriate professional liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and the terms specified in individual service contracts.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, documentation, and intellectual property generated during service delivery remain the property of ATLASTEC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use such materials for their internal purposes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed to that date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Angola. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Angola.
